Global conflict is inevitable when the world's sovereign nations entangle themselves in a web of political treaties which lead to massive battle lines and the insurance of making every country respond to the opposition. This leads to a group of allies with massive war machines and a large pool of troops. This flood of troops and weapons means that battle lines are slow moving and result in a massive number of casualties. A series of brash moves and an obligation to respond resulted in an arms race of high casualty weapons, many of which are banned today. Global conflict is only justifiable only when you are coming to the aide of unjustified killings by the sovereign nation itself. Such as Nazi Germany. Global conflict is not justified when political views are involved, like the war on drugs. This has turned an area in south America into a war zone with more casualties that both Iraq and Afghanistan combined. If you violate a nations sovereignty and humiliate them for a global conflict that wad inevitable then that breeds fanaticism. By destabilizing nations in the middle east and in south America has only lead to fanaticism. Another instance is North Korea, whose leader was instated during WWII by japan. This breed fanaticism into north Korea.
